Sparrow CMS supports editorial workflows for content review and approval.

Drafts

Save a page without publishing to create a draft. Drafts are visible only in the admin.

Review

Submit a page for review. Reviewers get notified and can leave comments on specific fields. Approve or request changes.

Publishing

Once approved, publish immediately or schedule for a future date. Set expiry dates for time-limited content.

Revisions

Every save creates a revision. Compare any two revisions side-by-side and roll back with one click.
